Fall Grain Policies
Disposition
Please provide scale operator with accurate information regarding owner’s name/names, if split. Storage starts on the average day of delivery; you have 10 days to decide disposition – sell or store your grain. All minimum charges are billed at time of settlement and balance due taken out of check at time of selling. After one year, storage will be billed.
Grain Bank
2.5¢ per month, beginning the month grain brought in, and computed each month thereafter on the 1st of each month on the remaining balance.
• Grain Bank corn must be used in “GRIND & MIX” feed or corn cracking with protein.
• Load Out of Grain Bank – 5.0¢ per bushel charge and regular storage rates
• Sold Out of Grain Bank – 8.0¢ per bushel charge and regular storage rates
Warehouse Receipt Storage
First 100 days • 18¢ per bushel minimum charge
Next 265 days • 1/8¢ per bushel per day (3.8¢ per month)
Thereafter • 1/5¢ per bushel per day (6.0¢ per month
Corn & Oats
First 100 days • 20.0¢ per bushel minimum charge
Next 265 days • 1/8¢ per bushel per day (3.8¢ per month)
Thereafter • 1/5¢ per bushel per day (6.0¢ per month

Drying
Drying charges will be 4.0¢ per bushel per point of moisture removed • Minimum drying charges will be 4.0¢ per bushel.
